Media

Goods that are found defective/broken is returnable/refundable require your immediate action to contact us.

No cancellation after purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged or wrong item/type/shade/etc), we will resolve your problems by messenger us.

Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.

Items bought during promotional events (e.g. Anniversary or X’MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.

Kindly inform our Customer Service before returning the items otherwise the request will not be processed. Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choice. Please provide us with the tracking number for the returning parcel.

What will I get back after returning the item(s)?

You may choose to refund or receive the same item of your purchase. Please give us around 14 working days to receive the returned items.

What about postage charges?

Customers do not have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. Please allow 14 working days for this process to be completed. For more information, kindly messenger us.

How can I return my purchase?

Kindly messenger us your inquiries to us with the subject “Return Item”. To ensure a smoother process and for recording purposes, please include:

Pictures of your items
Description of your items’ condition
Your order details
We will assist you as soon as possible or the latest within 2 working days.

How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package.

Refund will be based on customer’s actual final payment to refund. Do note that vouchers cannot be changed into cash terms.

Currently, only local shipping within Malaysia is available.

We try our best to prepare and send out all the orders as soon as possible during working days. We hope that our beloved customers can take note that https://www.tntcomm.com.my/ does NOT represent any courier companies. Your parcels may suffer delays that are beyond our control as much as we hope that they arrive safely to you on time. However, be assured that we’re on your side and if anything happens, reach out to us and we will offer our help in any way we can.

Our working days are Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm), excluding Public Holidays.
